Slowly I have increased my weekly total running distance from the 45 in Nepal to presently 120 and will go up to 150 km. a week, before tapering off and stay around 100 km. This will add up to 6000 km in the year 2005. Apart from the running itself, I started supporting exercises, which is a must to avoid injuries. Per day I am occupied with the sports some 4 - 5 hours. I tell you I need an enormous amount of beer to re-hydrate and am thinking of finding a sponsor. In March I will have to take the decision whether or not I will accept the challenge to run the 10.000 km in 2006, which leaves another nine months time for preparation. It will depend on how I physically am doing having run some 1250 km in 10 weeks. But too it depends on how Maria and I feel about it and whether I will have the supporting cyclist on my side (Maria will not be the one). At the moment I'll give it an 80% chance, but I'll keep in touch.

Keep it up, Best regards to Jumble Balls, On On, Fast Forward. 27/1/05
