Run 1664: a walker's viewpoint |
|
Interesting account of the hash was… I remember it quite differently and my version goes like: We got there at 15:40 (!, GM) and since no one could be bothered to wait for half the walkers to arrive, (George, Monika, Beth, Ray, Me) we proceeded to do our own walk, which I dare say was very lovely, very much like last Saturday’s at Chobhar, where Kruel, who was least concerned that we were lagging behind, did not wait for us, (George, Monika, Me, Liz) so off we went on our own little detour, enjoying the interesting sights of the little town and taking lots of really nice pictures. George is really good at detours. Oh, yes. Back to Karkigaon hash. We walked and walked and walked and we knew we were on the right track when we saw the runners, in the far, far, distance coming from the opposite direction to which we were going…that did it for the walk and it was back to the on-in or in –on… Eeer…that’s all…..really Christine |
